Rachel Flotard fronts Seattle’s power-pop/punk-rock ensemble Visqueen with lots of energy and rock and roll flair. They’ll be a part of NPR Music’s SXSW coverage performing live with Spoon, Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings and The Walkmen on Wednesday March 17th from Stubbs.
