If you want to learn about fundraising and general operations for a non-profit radio station, look no further. We need an intern to assist the Executive Assistant to the General Manager, the Director of Philanthropic Giving, and the Finance and Development Coordinator. You will assist in prospect research, correspondence and other writing projects, planning and preparation for Member and Capital Campaign events, as well as painfully boring tasks such as photocopying, filing and faxing. An ability to manage several projects, an attention to detail, respect for sensitive information required. An interest in music, broadcasting, or fundraising a plus. However, this is an opportunity to learn about fundraising, and you don’t have to have experience in some of the more detailed aspects of the job.
