2007-07-22 Incident at Wiggins Park on July 21,2007
The XPoNential Music Festival will go on as scheduled today, Sunday, July 22 despite a continued police investigation into an incident that took place yesterday.
Around 8:15pm on Saturday, a driver lost control of his vehicle on the roadway outside of Wiggins Park where the XpoNential Music Festival was taking place. The car broke through the barriers along the perimeter of the festival where it ultimately crashed into a trailer. By all accounts the driver was not attending the festival.
Four people were injured. Fortunately no one was seriously hurt.
