1. How do I become a member of XPN?
You can become a member, by completing our secure
online pledge form, or by calling 1-800-565-WXPN. You
will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours of joining
WXPN.
2. How can I find out more about attending
World Cafe® Sessions?
Please contact our Major Gifts Director, Jessica Lynch,

3. I just made a pledge. How long will it be before
I receive the thank you gift(s) I selected?
Thank you gifts are mailed based on their availability
and receipt of your payment. Expect your gift(s) to be mailed
within 3-6 weeks of your full payment or first installment.
4. When will I receive my XPN Member Card? Your Member Card should arrive within 4-6 weeks of your
payment. In the meantime, if you pledge on the web, you
can print your confirmation email to use as a temporary
member card.
5. Where can I use the XPN Member Card for discounts?
You can find the list of stores, museums and more, that
honor the XPN member card
here.
6. How do I find out more about the different member
levels available at WXPN? To find out more information about WXPN's different membership
clubs, check out our online
pledge form, or call 1-800-565-WXPN.
7. I made a pledge on the website, how can I be sure
it was received? After you complete and submit your pledge, a confirmation
email will be sent within 24 hours to the email address
you provided. If you do not receive the email, please call
1-800-565-WXPN or send an email to member
services.
8. Can I pay my pledge in installments? Certain XPN member levels do offer an installment plan.
Please check the appropriate box on the secure pledge
form. Installments can be paid with Visa, MasterCard,
American Express or through Electronic Fund Transfers.
9. I received one of the thank you gifts I selected
but not the other, what should I do? Due to packaging and availability, some gifts are mailed
separately. Some gifts can arrive as far apart as 10 days.
If you do not receive all of your gifts 6 weeks after we
received your payment, please call us at 1 800 565-WXPN
or send
us an email.
10. Where can I find the song tracks for Live at the
World Cafe® CDs, New Music Samplers and Family Favorites
(Kid's Corner) CDs?
Information about all XPN-related CDs that are available
for sale, can be found in our CD store, visit
the store today.
If you are interested in our most recent
World Cafe® CD which is being offered as a thank you gift,
check out the list of thank you gifts on our secure
pledge form.
11. How can I order earlier volumes of Live at the
World Cafe® CDs?
Volumes 1 through 9 are completely sold out. Volumes 10
through 23 are currently available for sale. There are three
ways for you to receive these CDs. You can get a copy as
a thank you gift for supporting XPN (please add a note to
Membership in the Comments section of the form). If you
are already a member, make an additional gift of $25 for
each CD by calling 1-800-565-WXPN (online ordering available
soon!). Or you can purchase available volumes by visiting
our CD store.
12. How do I change my address or name on my membership?
You can update your address and email information, by
sending us an e-mail
to our Members Services Dept. with the new information.

area
- 104.9 FM in the Lehigh Valley
- 90.5 FM Worton/Baltimore
- 88.7 FM Lancaster/York
- 99.7 FM Harrisburg
- WXPN is also available worldwide via streaming
audio.
16. I need help ordering online at the XPoNential
Music Shop, who do I talk to?
