Free At Noon

Join us for the Free At Noon at World Cafe Live in Philadelphia, as City and Colour and McClain Sullivan perform a live midday concert on Friday

Brooklyn-based songwriter McClain Sullivan was recently tabbed as an artist to watch on World Cafe Next and has opened for the likes of The Roots and Talib Kweli. A graduate of the New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music, McCalin channels this jazz background on her 2015 debut Rachel, sprinkling in occasional doses of country influence all while showing off her effortlessly sublime vocals.

Canadian singer-songwriter Dallas Green has been recording under the name City and Colour since 2005 and has released five studio albums. While his early releases strayed toward tender, minimalist folk tunes, Green has expanded his repertoire on his fifth studio album, If I Should Go Before You. On songs like "Wasted Love," Green explores a more fleshed-out rock sound that nevertheless maintains the heartfelt, catchy folk melodies that first brought City and Colour to prominence.
