What do Girls Rock Philly and Diet Cig have in common? They both awesomely empower girls, young women, and trans youth by showing them that they can unleash their inner confidence and self reliance through the power of music. So it makes perfect sense that Diet Cig will be headlining the GRP benefit show at PhilaMOCA on May 25th, which also features a lineup of local indie pop outfit, SPORTS, and the young talent of GRP grads, Wolf Pack.

This benefit show isn’t Diet Cig’s first collab with Girls Rock Philly though. Their song “Tummy Ache” is all about kickin’ ass and taking names in glorious punk fashion, with the video starring campers from GRP (including the members of Wolf Pack) and Willie Mae Rock Camp, plus an amazing cameo from glitter-guilded, Yahoo-serving bartenders, PWR BTTM.

Watch the fun and empowering video below, and then check out opener, SPORTS’ “You Are The RIght One” and Wolf Pack’s live performance at the 2016 GRP Gala. Get info on the benefit show over at the Facebook event page for the May 25th show.
