After nearly nine years and lots of company, the club house is in need of some repairs and remodeling.

New Recording Studio/Production Facility

The centerpiece of the expanded XPN home is a new recording studio, visible from World Cafe Live, which will allow our programming staff to better connect with you. Come visit us in Spring 2013!

Build Out of Vacant Space

Valuable space was intentionally left empty to one day be used for our expansion as we take on more students and volunteers from the community to help in our work.

Digital Upgrade to Current WXPN Facility

In the nine years since WXPN moved into our current home, our state-of-the-art facility has gradually become outmoded. New digital hardware and software will improve the quality and efficiency of our recording and producing systems and enable us to address the latest technology platforms.

The Wilmington Recording Studio

WXPN is proud to be a partner in the revitalization of Wilmington’s historic Queen Theater in Delaware. The newest World Cafe Live location opened in the Spring, 2011. A new XPN studio allowing us to deepen our connection with this community, increase our visibility through monthly special events, and ultimately better serve independent and local musicians.
