Each valid entry will be eligible for a random drawing to win two tickets to see U2 at Fed Ex Field in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday, September 29, 2009, plus 2 passes to the "Inner Circle," overnight accommodations and roundtrip train fare from Philly to D.C.

1. How to Enter the Contest

a. You can submit your entry starting at 12:01am on Thursday, September 17, 2009. All entries must be received by XPN no later than 11:59pm on Thursday, September 17, 2009. All times are Eastern Time.

b. To participate in the contest, use any one of the following methods, but all entries must include your first and last name, address, and all other requested information on the Contest page:

c. XPN is not responsible for a submission that is lost, undelivered or misdirected, or for entries not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outages or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.

d. From all entries, one entry and five alternates will be chosen at random on Friday September 18, 2009, and the first selected eligible contestant will be announced as the Grand Prize winner on the air on Monday September 21, 2009. The Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and email.

2. Eligibility Restrictions

The contest is open to adults (18 years or older). Employees of XPN, its contest sponsors, volunteer staff members managing the contest, and the members of their households are ineligible to participate in the contest or win. One entry per person.

3. The Prize:

a. The Prize will include two tickets to see U2 at Fed Ex Field in Washington, D.C. on Tuesday, September 29, 2009, plus 2 passes to the "Inner Circle," overnight accommodations and roundtrip train fare from Philly to D.C.

b. The Prize has a total estimated retail value of $700.00.

c. All costs and expenses not specifically listed in the above prize description are the responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to local transportation, meals, and souvenirs. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prize permitted, except by Sponsor.

d. The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize of equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify the contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.

e. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Winner is responsible for all fees and expenses associated with the acceptance, use and/or misuse of the prize not expressly included in the prize description. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

f. The prize may be picked up at the Marketing/Promotions Department office of WXPN, 3025 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA during business hours. The prize may also be shipped by WXPN upon the winner's provision of certification of eligibility and an executed prize receipt and publicity release.

4. Selection of Winner:

a. Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final.

b. A single entry and five alternates will be selected at random on Friday September 18, 2009, from all entries received by the deadline, and the first selected eligible contestant will be announced as the Grand Prize winner on Monday, September 21, 2009.

c. Winner need not listen or be present to win. XPN will contact the winner. If the grand prize winner does not claim the prize within 24 hours after the winner is notified, that contestant will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected in order from the alternate entries drawn.

5. Conditions:

a. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner.

b. By participating in the contest, the winner agrees to have his or her name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and to sign a publicity release prior to acceptance of the prize. The winner must also sign a prize receipt and certify compliance with all eligibility requirements prior to release of the prize.

c. XPN, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person for tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the XPN Web Site or who is otherwise in violation of the rules.

d. Additional travel costs and any other costs associated with the fulfillment of the prize, not described in Section 3, are the responsibility of the prize winner and not the responsibility of Interscope Records.

6. Right to Make Changes

XPN reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest. There is no substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash equivalent for prizes.

7. No Purchase Required

No purchase or donation is necessary.

8. Responsibilities

XPN is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest or in the announcement of a prize, or cancellation of the performance, or trip.

9. Copies of the Contest Rules

Copies of the written contest rules will be available up to 30 days after the end of the contest at www.xpn.org.
