Planning Your Gift to WXPN

Using estate planning is one of the easiest ways to contribute to XPN. You can help support the innovative programming and make a lasting gift to the Philadelphia community. For more detailed information about estate planning and making a gift to XPN, please look at the University of Pennsylvania's Office of Gift Planning website.

Wills and Living Trusts

A bequest to XPN in your will is one of the most common way to provide for XPN. Beneficiaries (the heirs of the bequest) are the individuals and organizations that are important to you. Whether you wish to donate your entire estate, a portion of your estate, a fixed dollar amount, or a percentage of your assets, bequests are easy to make.

The following language has been approved by the University of Pennsylvania's counsel as an effective bequest to WXPN:

I hereby give, devise and bequeath to the Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania, a nonprofit corporation organized and operating under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the sum of ____________ (or ___ % of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate) to be used for WXPN.

Gift Annuities

You can make a significant gift to XPN while also guaranteeing yourself regular income for the rest of your life.

Charitable Remainder Trusts
