Sylvio Fraga is a poet and composer from Rio. He lived most of his childhood in New Jersey where he was known as "The Brazilian." As a thirteen-year-old he returned with his family to Rio de Janeiro and was now considered a semi-gringo. Sylvio has written two books of poetry and records with his band The Sylvio Fraga Trio.
