As the alternative rock radio service of the University of Pennsylvania, Y-Rock on XPN plays by these simple rules:

Only playlists submitted by students of the University of Pennsylvania will be selected for the Penn Rocks Y-Rock on XPN program.

If selected to be on the program, student must be able to provide all the music on a CD. All songs must be clean or edited for language.

Selected students will be notified by the Y-Rock on XPN staff in advance and must commit to their scheduled on-air date a least one week prior. Selection of student DJs will be based entirely upon the opinions of the Y-Rock on XPN staff.
